Sales Area Manager – Ireland (North)

We are seeking an enthusiastic fertilizer Sales Area Manager with commercial competence and proven track record.

Reporting to the Business Manager for Ireland the successful candidate will be based from home (either NI or North of ROI) and will have specific area responsibility for the sale and promotion of Yara products via our wholesale channel.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional who can help Yara continue to achieve high sales volumes, create added value and profitability. Strong sales and negotiation skills and building lasting business relationships are key to achieving success.

 

The ideal candidate should:

  • be educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally in Agriculture, or alternative demonstrable experience
  • be able to demonstrate success in sales
  • have a good level of agronomic knowledge
  • have excellent interpersonal skills
  • display sound financial understanding
  • be self-motivated and target focussed
  • be proficient with Microsoft Office
  • hold a valid driving licence.

FACTS qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
